Let me introduce about Biomass Center 'REFRAIN'

Miyama City Biomass Center REFRAIN where about 130t of local waste per day is collected and harnessed for electricity and liquid fertilizer.The farmer power the center while the latter is usedfor area rice and wheat growth,promoting local production and consumption of resources.
Miyama City has turned a closed elementrary school into an award-winning facility where people gather, ideas are born and sustainable energy abounds.
